Neilston Trout Fishery located at Snypes Dam boasts a 14 acre, secluded loch and offers excellent fly and bait fishing. Trout stocked within the fishery weigh from 1.5 lbs to double figures.  The loch is stocked weekly throughout the year.

Snypes Fishery hold monthly competitions where prizes, including trophies and cash prizes can be won.  There are 4 boats scheduled to be available on the loch for hire and tackle hire.

The Dam is located on the eastern slopes of Neilston Pad, approximately 1.5km south southeast from the small town of Neilston in the East Renfrewshire district on the outskirts of Glasgow City Centre.
